3. Payment terms

3.1 Resume templates

  • Classic Professional template is free to download with a NaukriDocs watermark.
  • All premium templates are priced at ₹49 flat.
  • Paid templates are delivered as a clean PDF without watermark after successful payment.

3.2 Interview Preparation Guide

  • The Interview Preparation Guide is priced at ₹99.
  • The guide is AI-generated and personalised uniquely for each candidate based on their resume, job role, and experience profile.
  • The guide is delivered instantly upon payment.

3.3 General payment terms

  • All payments are one-time with no subscription or recurring charges.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • GST may be applicable as per Indian tax laws.

4. Refund policy

4.1 Resume templates

  • No refunds are applicable once the resume PDF has been downloaded.
  • If your payment was deducted but the download did not work, contact us at support@naukridocs.in within 48 hours and we will resolve it.

4.2 Interview Preparation Guide

  • Since the guide is AI-generated specifically for you and delivered instantly, refunds are not available once the guide has been generated and downloaded.
  • If you face a technical issue where payment was deducted but guide was not delivered, contact us at support@naukridocs.in within 48 hours.

5. AI-generated content disclaimer

5.1 Resume content

  • Resume content including summaries, bullet points, and project descriptions are AI-generated based on information you provide.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before using it in job applications.
  • NaukriDocs.in is not responsible for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

5.2 Interview Preparation Guide

  • Questions and answers in the Interview Preparation Guide are AI-generated suggestions based on your profile and are meant for preparation purposes only.
  • NaukriDocs.in does not guarantee interview success, job offers, or career outcomes of any kind.
  • Results may vary based on individual performance, interviewer preferences, and other factors outside our control.

6. User responsibilities

By using NaukriDocs.in you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
  • You will not use the Service for any fraudulent or misleading purpose.
  • You will not attempt to copy, resell, or redistribute resume templates or generated content.
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your resume before submitting to employers.

7. Intellectual property

  • All resume templates, designs, and the NaukriDocs platform are the intellectual property of NaukriDocs.in.
  • The resume content generated using your personal information belongs to you.
  • You may not copy or resell our template designs.

8. Limitation of liability

NaukriDocs.in is not liable for:

  • Any losses arising from use of AI-generated resume or interview content.
  • Any technical issues caused by third-party services including Razorpay or PDF viewers.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Your use of NaukriDocs.in is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

10. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
